Russell Island Tractor Slashing was first awarded certification to ISO9001:2000 in the year 2000. Director Gina Tincknell obtained her Quality Assurance Auditors certification which enabled her to maintain the company's certification. The company was then certified to Safety Standard ISO 45001:2018 in 2018 and made the decision to have all our systems independently certified. This was achieved in June 2021.

Being Independently certified in these three areas is a very proud achievement for the company. Achieving this independent certification is recognition to us of the safety, operational and environmental practices we have been implementing for over 30 years, to help us deliver a safe and efficient service to the Redland City Council. Our environmental outputs are constantly monitored, measured and reviewed, enabling us to deliver our services with minimal disruption to the sensitive ecology and the lives of the people of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands.

Russell Island Tractor Slashing has maintained an independently certified safety system for over 10 years. ISO 45001 being the global standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Our safety policies and procedures are reviewed on a continual basis and form the core of any business activity.
